His path into the construction industry began with hands-on experience. One of his first jobs was working on a cleanup crew for a family friend who was a general contractor and neighborhood developer. While Adam initially pursued a professional career in the hospitality industry, his experience there would eventually lead him back to construction and renovation. Over the years, his career expanded to include commercial build-outs and renovations, residential exterior remodeling, chimney and fireplace services, and general contracting, allowing him to provide customers with knowledgeable solutions for projects both inside and outside the home.
A Career Built Through Hands-On Experience
Adam's early experience in construction began working for a family friend who was a general contractor and neighborhood developer. As part of a cleanup crew, he gained an early introduction to the construction industry and the work involved in building and maintaining properties.
Although construction was one of his first experiences in the working world, Adam initially gravitated toward the hospitality industry. He eventually became a partner in a local mom-and-pop restaurant where he was able to really tap into his passion for food and culinary creativity and helped open and manage three additional locations. During that expansion, Adam also took on the role of general contractor and hands-on contractor for many of the build-outs and renovations, helping the business control startup costs while developing his practical construction skills.
